It is the end of September! How did this happen? JAS students have been hard at work this month. There has been so much going on. Here are the highlights:
-Student Voice is back in business bringing us Orance Shirt Day and raising awareness about children and families effected by residential schools in Canada.
-Winnipeg Harvest and Tuesdays Table kicked off this week with a delicious hot lunch.
-Luna the therapy dog shared the love at JAS.
-We held our first assembly and kicked off our Happiness Journal experiment. Attitude of gratitude!
-Guitar club, games at lunch, homework room, count day and more pizza in the world of pizza orders!

Hello everyone. Welcome back to all our JAS students. We have a lot of changes around here. A special welcome to our new students joining us this year. I hope you quickly feel apart of our JAS family. Also a warm welcome to our new principal Mr. Ryan Miller. Some other new faces are Gale Kostelnyk and Dilly Ram Sapkota our new Educational Assistants. We hope you have a great beginning at JAS.
